Production under 1600 cc
Arie Ruitenbeek might be the world’s first three-wheel champion in 4-wheel racing; his Simca broke its half-shaft,lost a wheel but still he was champion since he won all the other races. Werkhoven won the class now. Kluvers dominated the 1600 cc class, but the championship went to Maassen for whom second was enough - he got that despite a slow puncture at the end of the race.

Production over 1600 cc
The Belgian reporter Tintin a.k.a. Henny Hemmes had his work cut out for this race; the more emotional part of the grid would try to give the championship to Slotemaker, but that would involve blocking Cleutjens, who had other plans and said: “I’m sure Rob wouldn’t have liked to get the championship in this way.”
Hemmes tried everything she could; she started slowly to hold up Cleutjens, who was behind her and hit the Ford in Gerlach corner. Cleutjens could continue, avoided Hemmes and some others when they waived on the straights, it was utterly nonsense and dangerous as well. Cleutjens finished third and won his class and the championship, while Hutzezon had enough with second overall behind Houthuyzen (and second in class) to claim his championship as well.

Group 2-5
For the final show of the Group 2-5 championship, even the Belgian 935 K2 was absent. Redeker took the lead but soon was passed by Trigaux. The fact that Redeker finished second in the end says enough on the quality of the field, I’m afraid. Champions became Bourgoignie, Alberts, Redeker and van der Beek.
